What kind of wood do you use?

We use Philippine Mahogany for our furniture.

Do you manufacture your own products?

Yes, we have our own factory and production team.

How long does it take to manufacture your pieces?

Upon confirmation of order, it would take approximately 3 - 4 weeks. 

Do you accept custom design for furniture?

No, we do not accept custom design for furniture.

Could you change the products dimension?

Our website only carries standard sizes for our pieces. However, if you drop by any of our showrooms (Alabang Town Center or LRI Design Plaza), you may customize and coordinate with our staff regarding this. 

Is the delivery charge included?

No, the delivery charge is not included. We charge depending on the area of delivery. Coordination with our team is necessary.

Could I change my item upon ordering?

No, all sales are final once confirmed. Please double check the item/s dimensions before proceeding with your order. 

Can I cancel my order?

We do not honor cancellation of orders.
